Muhammad Asad is a dynamic and results-driven finance professional with over six years of progressive experience across federal and provincial taxation, financial reporting, external and internal audits, and agreed-upon procedures. He possesses strong expertise in designing and implementing internal controls and standard operating procedures (SOPs), budgeting, ERP implementation, and financial as well as data analysis. Throughout his career, he has successfully worked with both national and multinational organizations, gaining extensive exposure to a variety of industries and regulatory frameworks. His experience also includes dealing with key regulatory authorities such as the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), the Board of Investment (BOI), and various Chambers of Commerce.

His professional background also encompasses budgeting, business process outsourcing (BPO), ERP system implementation, and financial and data analysis. Jahanzeb has led and supervised audit assignments across diverse industries, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal control frameworks, and best practices. His analytical mindset and commitment to quality enable him to deliver insightful recommendations that strengthen governance, enhance operational efficiency, and support informed decision-making.
